If you’re not happy, we’ll make it right.
We admit it: we hold our tails pretty high around here because we are doggone proud of every bag of Heckova! But if we’re in the doghouse with you for any reason, we want to make it right. To return a Heckova! product, contact us by email at email@example.com and we'll happily send a replacement or grant a full refund.
Shipping & Returns
Can I track or change my order?
Yes and no. Tracking is easy – when your shipment is on its way, we’ll send you an email with tracking information. Changing an order that’s already been placed? That’s a bit harder. We’ll see what we can do, but no guarantees. Get in touch with us at 855-432-5632 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I request a refund or replacement?
Doggone it, you sure can. Our Heckova! Guarantee says that if you’re not happy, we’ll make it right. But don’t wait around, ok? To request a refund or replacement, contact Heckova! at email@example.com within 30 days of when your product was shipped. Please include both your order number and the product name.
What’s your return policy?
Just like your pup, we want you to be happy. And if you’re not, we’ll do our very best to fix it. To request a refund or replacement, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your product’s original ship date. We’ll refund your original purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling costs. Once your refund is approved, it’ll be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days, and the credit will go back to your original method of payment. Requests made more than 30 days after the original ship date may not be approved.
